Police responded to 26 incidents, including the following:
Juvenile problem — Police responded to a report of a juvenile problem on East Maurer Street, where a boy allegedly knocked holes in a wall.
Shoplifting — Charlie’s County Market, 521 S. Main St., reported a shoplifter ran out with groceries and then, after the manager got the groceries back, returned and threw $10 at the cashier and again left. He later called and wanted the groceries back.
Theft — A woman said her cellphone was stolen on West Picnic Street.

Deputies responded to 30 incidents, including the following:
Burglary — Deputies investigated a report that a male wearing a black bandanna over his face broke into the coin machines inside the laundromat in Wittenberg.

Deputies responded to five incidents, including the following:
Theft — Police investigated a report on County Road A, Bowler, that a man who was fired while doing some work around a house took the homeowner’s ladder, staple gun and some tools.

Police responded to seven incidents, including the following:
Theft — A gas drive-off was reported on South Main Street.
Domestic disturbance — Officers responded to a domestic situation on Hughes Street.
Burglary — A burglary was reported on Wilson Street.
Domestic disturbance — Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on West First Street.
