Fraud — Police investigated a fraud complaint on the 200 block of East Center Street.
Trespass — Police responded to a trespassing complaint in the 1100 block of Waukechon Street.
Truancy — Police logged three truancy complaints from Olga Brener Intermediate School, 1300 S. Union St.
OWL — A driver was cited for operating without a license at Hamlin and Green Bay streets.
OWI — A 28-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Main and Oshkosh streets.
Theft — A phone was reported stolen in the 500 block of East Green Bay Street.
Shoplifting — Walmart, 1244 E. Green Bay St., reported six shoplifting incidents that occurred between Oct. 19 and Dec. 9, all involving the same suspect.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Mile Drive in the town of Angelica.
Harassment — Authorities responded to a harassment complaint on Pine Ridge Road in the town of Belle Plaine.
Fraud — Authorities investigated a telephone scam complaint on Wildlife Road in the town of Hartland.
Trespass — Authorities responded to a trespassing complaint on Azalea Drive in the town of Wescott.
Drug Offense — Authorities responded to a drug complaint at the Ho Chunk Casino, N7198 U.S. Highway 45, in the town of Wittenberg.
Accidents — Authorities logged five accidents, including two deer-related crashes.

Police logged 14 incidents, including the following:
Harassment — A warning was issued for harassment on East 14th Street.
