Felony OWI
A Bonduel man is facing a felony charge of seventh-offense operating while intoxicated after being pulled over on a reckless driving complaint Saturday.
Jamie L. Nettekoven, 40, could face a maximum 10 years in prison and $25,000 fine if found guilty.
According to the criminal complaint, Shawano County sheriff’s deputies located Nettekoven and pulled him over after getting a tip of a reckless driver that had been all over the road and nearly hit several cars on state Highway 47 in the town of Hartland.
According to the complaint, a preliminary breath test showed Nettekoven had a blood-alcohol level of 0.16 percent, twice the legal limit.
Nettekoven is free on a $3,500 signature bond and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance Monday.
Substantial battery
A Wittenberg man is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Friday on a felony charge of substantial battery in connection with a fight at a bar last week.
Galen J. Long, 23, is accused of knocking a woman unconscious and knocking her tooth out during a disturbance at Rachel’s Roadside Bar in the town of Wittenberg on Aug. 14.
According to the criminal complaint, Long fled the scene but was tracked down by Shawano County sheriff’s deputies and Stockbridge-Munsee and Tigerton police and found lying in the weeds.
Long could face a maximum 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted.
Felony OWI
An Appleton woman has been charged with drunken driving after an accident in Shawano on Sunday that took out a traffic light at Airport Road and Green Bay Street.
Lynn D. Parker, 61, could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if found guilty of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. She is also charged with operating a motor vehicle while revoked.
Parker’s vehicle ended up in a ditch after striking the traffic light. She was the only occupant and was not injured.
Parker was freed on a $2,000 signature bond and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on Sept. 28.
