A Green Bay man has been indicted in federal court for an alleged assault on the Menominee Indian Reservation in November.
Anthony Kitchenakow, 46, has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. According to the indictment, Kitchenakow on Nov. 29 used a knife and assaulted a man outside a residence in Neopit.
He faces a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison, up to a $250,000 fine, and up to three years of supervised release.
The case was investigated by the Menominee Tribal Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
