Samuel Sousek II, president of State Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Kerber and Pat Trinko to its board of directors. State Bank is a full service bank with offices in Shawano and Gresham.
Kerber is the managing partner and one of the founding members of KerberRose, a CPA firm with over 110 employees. He also is chairman of the Shawano Industrial and Commercial Development Commission and is an active member of the Shawano Redevelopment Authority as well as having held positions in Shawano County Economic Progress Inc. and the Shawano Area Business and Economic Education organization.
Kerber also belongs to American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Kerber and his wife, Karen, reside in Shawano.
Trinko grew up in Shawano, graduating from Shawano High School in 1988. He has been a part of, and managed, Shawano Ambulance Service since 1994.
Trinko is active in several organizations, including Thornton Trail Riders’ Snowmobile Club, NWTC Paramedic Advisory Committee, Bellin Hospital Chest Pain Committee, Northeast Wisconsin Regional Trauma Advisory Committee, and is president of the Shawano County Emergency Medical Services Association.
Trinko and his wife, Lizabeth, have two children and reside in Shawano.
