Both westbound lanes of state Highway 29 were closed at County Road T because of an accident shortly after 9:30 p.m. Friday.
A detour route was established sending motorists to state Highway 117 to Highway 22 and then County Road K back to 29.
The Shawano County Sheriff’s Department had no additional information available late Friday.
