Shawano Police Department

Aug. 13

Police logged 19 incidents, including the following:

Warrant — A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the 1200 block of East Green Bay Street.

OAR — A 35-year-old man was cited for operating after revocation at Lakeland Road and Richmond Street.

Hit and Run — Police responded to a property damage hit-and-run on Green Bay Street at Rusch Road.

Shoplifting — Charlie’s County Market, 521 S. Main St., reported a shoplifting incident.

Aug. 12

Police logged 25 incidents, including the following:

Disturbance — Police responded to a report of a fight in progress at the Four Seasons, 201 N. Airport Drive.

Auto Theft — A vehicle with the keys left inside was reported stolen in the 800 block of Oak Street.

Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem at Sturgeon Park, 811 S. Water St.

Hit and Run — Police responded to a property damage hit-and-run at Walmart, 1244 E. Green Bay St.

Shoplifting — Goodwill Industries, 300 Lakeland Road, reported a shoplifting incident.

Theft — A bike was reported stolen at Charlie’s County Market, 521 S. Main St.

Disorderly — Police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the 700 block of South River Street.

Aug. 11

Police logged 34 incidents, including the following:

Juvenile — Police investigated a juvenile alcohol complaint in the 800 block of West Picnic Street.

Theft — Change and cigarettes were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block of East Zingler Street.

Burglary — A burglary was reported in the 900 block of Waukechon Street.

Theft — An attempted theft from a vehicle was reported in the 400 block of South Franklin Street.

Theft — Theft of items from a garage was reported in the 1100 block of South Franklin Street.

Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem in the 100 block of East Division Street.

Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem at Memorial Park, 909 S. Lincoln St.

Juvenile — Police investigated a juvenile alcohol complaint in the 400 block of South Lafayette Street.

Deputies logged 42 incidents, including the following:

Theft — Saddles were reported stolen from a barn on Old Lake Road in the town of Wescott.

Fraud — Authorities investigated a fraud complaint on Butternut Road in the town of Richmond.

Vandalism — Tires were reported slashed on Webb Street in Wittenberg.
Harassment — Harassment was reported on Vinal Street in Wittenberg.
OAR — A 32-year-old man was cited for operating after revocation on state Highway 29 in the town of Richmond.

Deputies logged 64 incidents, including the following:

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Fourth Street in Mattoon.
OWI — A 33-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated on Webers Point Road in the town of Wescott.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Ford Lane in the town of Red Springs.

Warrant — A 26-year-old man was arrested on a warrant on Highway 29 in the town of Waukechon.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a fight at the Shawano County Jail, 405 N. Main St., Shawano.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to an inmate versus officer incident at the Shawano County Jail, 405 N. Main St., Shawano.

Accident — Authorities responded to an injury accident on County Road K in the town of Wescott.
