Felony OWI, reckless endangerment

A Keshena man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly fleeing a disturbance in Shawano last week before being arrested for drunken driving.

Hahetum Fish, 38, has been charged with felony counts of sixth-offense operating while intoxicated, battery to a law enforcement officer and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Fish allegedly threw a patio chair through a window and injured a woman inside during a disturbance on June 6, according to the criminal complaint, which also alleges Fish was intoxicated when authorities pulled the vehicle over.

He is also accused of resisting a blood draw and injuring a deputy, according to the complaint.

Fish could face a maximum possible penalty of 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine if convicted of sixth-offense OWI, and the same possible penalty for reckless endangerment. Battery to a law enforcement officer carries a possible maximum of six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

He is also charged with misdemeanor counts of operating after revocation, resisting and obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass and battery.

Fish was ordered held on a $10,000 cash bond and is scheduled for an adjourned initial appearance Monday.

Possession of meth

Three people are facing drug-related charges after authorities Monday responded to a report of persons “shooting up” in a vehicle at the Ho-Chunk Casino in the town of Wittenberg.

Bentley J. McGovern, 32, of Two Rivers, Robynne E. Mattsen, 22, of Antigo, and David A. Faust, 28, of Birnamwood, have each been charged with one felony count of possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor count of possessing drug paraphernalia.

According to the criminal complaint, McGovern could be seen on surveillance video injecting something into his arm with a syringe. He was later located in the casino with a syringe on the floor, the complaint states.

A search of the vehicle found meth-residue and glass pipes, according to the complaint, and a powdery substance was found in Mattsen’s purse, the complaint alleges.

All three could face a maximum 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted of the felony charge.

All three posted $500 cash bonds and are scheduled for adjourned initial appearances Monday.

Strangulation

A Bonduel man is due in court Monday for an adjourned initial appearance on a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation that allegedly occurred during a domestic incident in the village last month.

John M. Kudrick, 30, could face a maximum six years in prison and a $10,000 fine if found guilty. He is also charged with misdemeanor counts of domestic abuse-related battery and disorderly conduct.

He is accused of choking a woman during a domestic incident on May 23, according to the criminal complaint.

Kudrick posted a cash bond of $7,500, according to court records.
