Shawano Police Department

June 12

Police logged 44 incidents, including the following:

Disturbance — A 27-year-old Shawano man was arrested for resisting arrest, obstructing and bail jumping after a disturbance at Green Bay and Union street.

Accident — A 60-year-old Colorado woman northbound on Airport Drive and County Road B went through the stop sign and struck an eastbound pick-up truck driven by a 54-year-old Bonduel man that was crossing the intersection. Both vehicles then struck a dump truck driven by a 55-year-old Shawano man. The dump truck was stopped at the stop sign for westbound traffic. The woman had very minor injuries and was checked at the scene by Shawano paramedics. She was cited for failure to stop for a stop sign.

Drug Offense — Police investigated a drug complaint in the 500 block of South Main Street.

Disorderly — Police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the 1400 block of Elizabeth Street.

Theft — Police investigated a theft complaint at Shawano Community Middle School, 1050 S. Union St.

Shoplifting — Walmart, 1244 E. Green Bay St., reported that a child 8 or 9 years old had stolen a BB gun and knife.

Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of East Richmond Street.

Shawano County Sheriff’s Department

June 12

Deputies logged 46 incidents, including the following:

Suspicious — Authorities responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Frailing Road in the town of Wescott.

Drug Offense — A 32-year-old Two Rivers man and a 22-year-old Antigo woman were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and a 28-year-old Birnamwood man was arrested on the same charges and an outstanding warrant at the Ho-Chunk Casino, N7198 U.S. Highway 45, in the town of Wittenberg.

Suspicious — Authorities responded to a suspicious person complaint on Granite Avenue in Mattoon.

Disorderly — Authorities responded to a lewd and lascivious behavior complaint on state Highway 156 in the town of Navarino.

Vandalism — A vehicle was reported vandalized on Hemlock Road in the town of Wittenberg.

Accidents — Authorities responded to a motorcycle accident with minor injuries on state Highway 22 in the town of Belle Plaine, and logged seven other accidents, including four deer-related crashes.

Police logged seven incidents, including the following:

Disturbance — Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Mader Street in Gresham.

Clintonville Police Department

June 12

Police logged 15 incidents, including the following:

Harassment — A warning was issued for harassment on Rohrer Street.

Suspicious — A suspicious incident was reported on South Clinton Avenue.

Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance on Fifth Street.
