OWI — A 33-year-old Shawano man was cited for first offense operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Oshkosh and Franklin streets.
OWI — A 43-year-old Shawano woman was cited for first offense operating while intoxicated at Lincoln and Richmond streets.

Shoplifting — Walmart, 1244 E. Green Bay St., reported a shoplifting incident.
Fraud — Police investigated a fraud complaint at CoVantage Credit Union, 911 E. Green Bay St.
