He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if convicted.

Standke is also accused in a separate criminal complaint of passing another bogus check in the city in November to purchase a $15,500 modified stock car.

He could face a maximum 10 years in prison and $25,000 fine if found guilty of felony theft by false representation.

In yet another case charged out earlier this month, Standke is accused of identity theft for financial gain for allegedly using a Wescott woman’s bank account information. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on that charge if found guilty.

Standke is due in court for an initial appearance on Jan. 3.

Riden could face a maximum six years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted of strangulation, and 3½ years and a $10,000 fine if found guilty of physical abuse of a child.

According to the criminal complaint, a home owner caught Bishop in the act of the burglary. Bishop fled with a portable heater, keys and a GPS unit, according to the complaint.
