OWI injury
A Nichols man has been charged with two felony counts of causing injury during an alleged drunken driving accident in June.
Dylan L. Dobratz, 21, was the driver of a pickup truck that went into a ditch and overturned on state Highway 156 in the town of Lessor on June 6, according to the criminal complaint.
One of three passengers who had been sitting in the bed area of the truck sustained three fractured ribs in the crash, according to the complaint.
Dobratz could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if found guilty on each count of OWI-causing injury and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration-causing injury.
According to the complaint, Dobratz had a blood-alcohol level of 0.187 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
Dobratz was originally charged with a number of misdemeanor counts, including second-offense OWI and possession of marijuana.
The complaint was amended Monday to add the felony charges.
Dobratz posted a $3,000 cash bond and is due in court for a preliminary hearing on Oct. 16.
Felony OWI
An arrest warrant was issued Monday for a Prentice man who failed to appear in court on felony charges of operating while intoxicated and bail jumping.
Bryan J. Anderson, 36, was involved in a two-vehicle crash on state Highway 156 in Maple Grove on June 10. According to the criminal complaint, a preliminary breath test showed a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.10.
Anderson could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if found guilty of fifth-offense OWI.
He is also charged with fifth-offense operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and three felony counts of bail jumping, all of which carry the same possible penalty.
According to court records, Anderson has two previous OWI convictions in Brown County and two in Price County.
Sexual assault
A Shawano man is facing a felony charge of domestic abuse-related sexual assault for allegedly forcing himself on a woman in the town of Wescott last month.
Miles A. Tourtillott, 37, could face a maximum 40 years in prison and $100,000 fine if found guilty of second-degree sexual assault. He is also charged with a misdemeanor count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct.
According to the criminal complaint, authorities responded on July 23 to Shawano Medical Center where the woman was being treated after the incident.
An arrest warrant was issued for Tourtillott on Monday along with the criminal complaint.
Child abuse
A Shawano man has been charged with a felony count of physical abuse of a child-intentionally causing bodily harm after allegedly striking a 15-year-old girl resulting in a nosebleed.
Adam A. Antolec, 36, could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if found guilty. He is also charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property for allegedly breaking her Smartphone during the same altercation.
The incident allegedly happened in the town of Wescott on June 23, according to the criminal complaint.
Antolec is due in court for an initial appearance Aug. 31.
